Our firm is a registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB), and we are required to comply with the Code of Professional Conduct under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. The Code requires us to act lawfully, honestly and in the best interests of our clients.
The Code sets the professional and ethical standards that registered tax practitioners must follow when providing services to clients.
We are committed to providing professional services of the highest standard. If at any time you believe our services have not met your expectations, we encourage you to raise the matter with us so we can work to resolve it promptly.
How to raise a concern with our firm
If you have a concern or complaint regarding our services, please contact us directly.
You can do this by:
- Contacting our office by phone, or
- Emailing our office and requesting the matter be referred to a Director.
Once we receive your complaint we will:
- 1. Acknowledge receipt of your concern.
- 2. Review the circumstances and any relevant documentation.
- 3. Respond to you within a reasonable timeframe with our findings and any proposed resolution.
Complaints to the Tax Practitioners Board
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board.
The Tax Practitioners Board is the Australian Government body responsible for regulating tax practitioners and ensuring compliance with professional standards.

The TPB will assess complaints relating to potential breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct and may investigate registered practitioners where appropriate.
